We welcome people with autism, parents, siblings, professionals and anyone who wants to understand more about autism to join our presenters who will be sharing their personal journeys through life – the highs, the lows & the bits in between.
Speaker: Gillan Drew
Gillan Drew was diagnosed with autism at the age of 28. Drawing on his lived experience, Gillan will be talking about growing up, dealing with family and personal relationships, parenting, and life in general. He will show how his autism impacts on his life and the strategies he uses. Part of the evening will give the audience the opportunity to ask questions. Gillan is an excellent, entertaining and engaging speaker.
