We are delighted to announce former
Masterchef winner and celebrity chef Mat Follas, will be supporting the Big
Brekkie campaign for World Autism Awareness month this April. Mat will be hosting
his own Big Brekkie at his delightful Bramble Cafe & Deli in Poundbury.

raising awareness and funds for World Autism Awareness Day (2nd April 2017) by,
quite simply, eating breakfast! So if you’re a big lover of breakfasts and want
to support the work we do, join Mat and his team for breakfast.
Simply go along to Bramble Cafe & Deli in Poundbury, between 1st - 8th
April 2017 and enjoy a reduced price brunch. Mat is inviting his generous
customers to then donate the difference to Autism Wessex. What better way to
support a worthy cause than treat yourself to a breakfast cooked by a celebrity
chef knowing that you will also be donating to charity at the same time?!”
Mat Follas, who won Masterchef in 2009 opened Bramble Cafe
& Deli with his wife Amanda and their business partner Kate in 2016.
The Cafe is in Poundbury, Dorchester and is open from Monday to Saturday,
8.30am to 4.30pm. ?The Cafe is also open on Friday and Saturday evenings,
where Mat cooks simple, classic dishes for guests to enjoy in a relaxed and

The goal of the
campaign is to raise £5,000 for Autism Wessex’ Information and Advice service,
based locally in Dorchester.
The Information and Advice service
is entirely funded by community grants and donations. It is a lifeline to
people affected by autism; there
